Dr. Jasmin Goodman
Dr. Jasmin M. Goodman is a dedicated educator with 13 years of experience teaching at esteemed institutions such as Clark Atlanta University, Howard University, and Montgomery College. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is passionate about mentoring scholars and professionals, co-creating and hosting the podcast "Office Hours: Career Paths for PhDs" to guide early-career professionals.
Dr. Goodman is also the driving force behind Vantage IQ, an AI-powered career planning platform designed to help high school students, particularly those from underserved backgrounds, navigate their educational and career paths. Initially launched in Southeast Georgia, Vantage is expanding nationwide to provide personalized academic and career guidance, bridging the gap between education and the workforce.
With a background in communication and research, Dr. Goodman has managed projects for major streaming platforms and developed strategic communication plans for organizations like the CDC. Her volunteer work includes serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and volunteering with Move-In Day Mafia, Spirit & Truth Church Atlanta, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Through these roles, she champions educational and economic opportunities for her community.

Shea Stanley
Shea Stanley is a dedicated servant leader and mentor with over 25 years of experience, empowering women entrepreneurs and youth through financial literacy and mentorship. A certified paralegal and Vice President at a major financial institution, she specializes in risk and policy management.
Shea is also a cofounder of Your Perfectly Imperfect, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to supporting youth in underserved communities in the Atlanta metropolitan area. She serves as Chair of the Speakers Committee for the National Business Conference and is the former Co-Chair of the NeXGen Committee. Through public speaking and community leadership, Shea continues to drive meaningful, lasting impact.

Reggie Beaty
Reggie Beaty is the president of the Foundation for Educational Success and a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience. His work focuses on enhancing leadership skills among school principals and educators, particularly in fostering positive learning environments for Black boys and men. Reggie’s expertise has been instrumental in guiding consultant teams, developing high-performing cultures within school districts, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive success in education. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stillman College and a Master of Arts in Aerospace Education from Middle Tennessee State University.
Reggie’s distinguished career also includes roles as vice president for operations and student affairs at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), executive director of Georgia’s statewide Performance Learning Centers, and vice president of Communities In Schools of Georgia. His military background as a retired lieutenant colonel, where he was selected to command a battalion, underscores his exceptional leadership abilities. Reggie is also an accomplished author, known for his book “Thug Life to Triumphant Life” among others, and has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who as an Educational Change Agent and by President George W. Bush as the Best Instructor in the Nation.

Asia Kuykendall
Asia Kuykendall is a Wealth Scientist who started her career in 2011 after earning degrees in Finance and Accounting. A financial setback in 2017 led her to realize that technical financial literacy alone wasn't enough to change her money habits and beliefs. This experience inspired her to explore what the wealthy 1% knew that the rest did not, leading to the development of the Quantum Wealth Theory.
Using neuroscience, behavioral psychology and quantum physics, we can better understand what drives our money choices and use this knowledge to create empowering and productive money beliefs and behaviors.
Asia now focuses on teaching others how to achieve financial success not just for money's sake, but for the peace, freedom, joy, and love it can bring.

Joyce L. Kyles
Joyce L. Kyles is an award-winning, global speaker, 2x Amazon best-selling author, and ICF-trained master-certified coach with an emphasis on life and leadership coaching. She is the CEO of Joyce Kyles Consulting LLC a WOSB-certified business with the SBA and is SBSD-certified with the State of GA. She is also the former Executive Director and Founder of Walking Into A New Life. Her speaking, training, and coaching experience and clientele include nonprofits, healthcare industries, small businesses and corporations, military installations, law enforcement, high schools, colleges, and universities across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
A graduate of Arkansas State University, Joyce has received certifications in Women’s Entrepreneurship, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Mental Health First Aid US, domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sex abuse. Her humbling accolades and published work include features in the Huffington Post, Tri-State Defender, the New Orleans Tribune, the Welcome Greenbook for Black Tourists, and being named the Crime Victim Advocate of the Year. She is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.-Northwest GA Chapter where she serves on the Economic Empowerment and Policy committees. She’s also included as a facilitator for the TooREL Institute for Social Change Collective and the Online Campus 51 educational program in Cairo, Egypt, a member of ForbesBLK, and an honorary member of Beautiful Spirited Women, Inc. She previously served as the Secretary, then later, the DEIB Director for the International Coaching Federation (ICF)-Tennessee Chapter. Joyce is a proud wife, mother, MiMi, servant leader, and advocate who strives to be the
change she wishes to see in the world.

Dr. Erica Breann McCrae
Dr. Erica McCrae is the CEO, Homewatch CareGivers of McDonough| The Entrepreneur’s Pen Corporation Erica Breann McCrae was born and raised in Douglas, GA. She graduated from high school in 2006 as the top African-American student in her class. Erica completed her undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University in just three years, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she began her career with AT&T as a store manager, later taking on roles as chief of staff and project manager, all while completing her MBA from the University of Phoenix. One week after completing her master's degree, she married the love of her life, Dr. Brandon McCrae. On February 25, 2019, Erica earned her doctoral degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. In December 2023, she graduated with dual degrees—a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology—from Columbia Theological Seminary.
Erica is the proud mother of three boys: 16-year-old Benjamin Isaac McCrae, 7-year-old Ethan Blake McCrae, and 4-year-old Timothy Braxton Wade McCrae. She spent 14 years at AT&T/Cricket Wireless in various roles, including store manager, chief of staff, and project manager, before becoming the CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of McDonough, a home care agency she opened on August 1, 2022.
Balancing multiple roles as a wife, mother, and businesswoman, Erica is deeply passionate about her faith, her church, and empowering women to reach their full potential. In addition to her professional pursuits, she serves on the executive boards of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD), and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). In April 2020, Erica founded God's Purpose Over Everything (GPOE), a women’s ministry dedicated to helping women uncover their God-given purpose while deepening their faith. The non-profit was restructured and is now The Entrepreneur’s Pen Corporation as of February 2024, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, expanding its reach to serve women in business and ministry.

Tony Owens
Tony Owens has been a steadfast advocate for guiding hard-to-reach youth toward brighter futures for over 35 years. His career as both an educator and administrator is marked by leadership roles in alternative schools and social programs designed to support students facing significant adversity. Holding a bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University, Tony has developed and implemented programs that foster positive attitudes, build self-esteem, and help students set and achieve their goals. His impactful work includes pivotal roles with Communities In Schools of Atlanta and Georgia, as well as serving as Dean of Students in higher education. A dedicated author, Tony has co-authored and written six books, contributing to the educational discourse.
Reggie and Tony’s recent engagement at the conference for black and brown boys at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, titled "Reducing the Cost of Disruption," reflects their ongoing commitment to addressing critical issues in underrepresented communities. Together, Reggie Beaty and Tony Owens have dedicated their lives to empowering youth and creating educational programs that equip students to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. Their shared commitment to education and leadership continues to inspire and drive meaningful change in communities across the nation.

Alysha Harvey
Mrs. Harvey was born in California but reared in Georgia after her father retired from the United States Air Force. In 2016, Alysha married her husband, JaMel Harvey after meeting him while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Savannah State University. In 2014, Alysha earned her Master of Accountancy degree from Kennesaw State University. After graduating college, she worked for various Certified Public Accountant firms and Fortune 500 Companies.

She is the only black woman Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent in Morrow, GA. Mrs. Harvey demystifies the intimidating world of business and taxes with skilled and practical guidance.
